1. Take time out

3. Get your team aligned
Know the direction you want to go? Great, now it’s time to take your team with you. Develop KPI’s (key performance indicators) and SOP’s (standard operating procedures) that get everyone on the same page and aligned to your overall strategy to scale. And communicate it, because putting these in place is only half the story, getting your people invested in the growth of your business is vital. Make your team feel integral to your success and talent retention becomes easier too – a culture of collective growth is one people want to stay in.
4. Invest in yourself
Pushing a business forward and leading a team through growth can be challenging. Making sure you’re the best leader you can be and building personal resilience is investment you’ll get back tenfold.
