Growth Workshop: Aligning Your Leadership Team for Success
Gather’s Growth Workshop - part of the Barclays Eagle Labs Ecosystem Partnership Programme, funded by UK Government - centred around aligning your leadership team for success.
It was an afternoon of incredible insight, shared learning, and new connections that closed with the chance to network with fellow leaders.
Attendees heard from a fantastic all-female panel discussing the importance of aligning around values and culture; followed by an interactive and actionable workshop for better alignment delivered by our growth consultant Jon Minchin.

Gather's Next Chapter
Gather's Next Chapter celebrated the launch of our new business support programmes, providing a valuable opportunity for networking and building connections. Attendees heard fantastic growth stories from a panel of business leaders who have previously received support from Gather. Additionally, our programme director, Katie, shared insights into what's newly available for digital, creative, and tech businesses in the LCR.
Beyond Leadership Gathering
The Beyond Leadership Gathering is an exclusive event for business leaders on the Beyond programme. It is an incredible opportunity to hear from those who have been there and done it. To get fresh insight, practical tools and to build meaningful connections with fellow leaders.
At previous events we have heard keynote speeches from Rupal Patel, ex-CIA "Insights from CIA to CEO: Unlocking clarity and insights,' and Lieutenant General Richard Nugee CB CVO CBE who delivered a keynote on the subject of "supporting leaders to create market opportunity from the climate change transition."

Alumni events
We have hosted a range of alumni events for business leaders who have participated in one or more of our Gather programmes. These events provide the opportunity to network with other business leaders while participating in fun activities such as pasta making or receive relevant content to drive personal and business growth.
