Where they were at
During COVID the team grew rapidly, CEO and founder, Lorna Davidson wanted to ensure they had the right structure, strategy, and people in place as they continued to scale.

Redwigwam has taken part in a number of Gather’s programmes. Shift helped them weather the storm of Covid, and Hive gave Lorna and the leadership team the chance to come together, understand how they operate as individuals, what drives them, and how their personalities work together.
Great foundations were laid for the work they did on Beyond. Working with a growth consultant, they united around the challenges and opportunities of a large transformation initiative, putting in place strategies to navigate the change from a traditional account-led organisation to a product business.
Results and the future
Redwigwam have successfully made the transition to a product business with a fully self-serve customer offering. With the right structure and people in place they are now ready to evolve and grow as the market does – continuing to change the world of work for good.
