Hi-impact first engaged with Gather in 2021 when they looked for support to weather the pandemic. Since then, as a team that's growing and operating in an ever-shifting sector, they realised it was a safe space to assess where the business was, where they wanted to take it – and how to get there.

Hi-impact has participated in numerous Gather programmes, including Mettle, Shift, One-to-one support, Beyond, Outbound, and Emerging Leaders.
The practical advice received through these initiatives assisted them in spearheading a cultural shift throughout the business and adopting a new target-driven approach.
A shift towards a fast-paced sales model wasn't without challenges. Key to the success was putting in place strategies to ensure all staff were aligned to the company values and the strong customer relations that have been the foundation of hi-impact's success were retained.
The Outbound programme gave Managing Director Alan the chance to unpick their sales approach and take away key new business strategies. Strategies they have since deeply embedded in the team by engaging Gather to deliver the Outbound training to other key staff. Emerging Leaders gave head of department Tom the skills and confidence to lead on a restructure of his area, focused on the purpose and drive of the individuals in his team.
Results

Hi-impact has undergone transformative changes, steering their focus towards growth, nurturing the health of their business, and unlocking future opportunities. The ripple effect has already been felt with increased productivity and efficiency across all areas of the company.
They now support more than 125 schools and it’s been their biggest year of growth so far. Through the launch of STEM live they are reaching new audiences including 650,000 children across the world through live streamed interactive lessons.
