Azinq are a specialist software company that provides airport technology expertise and data-driven innovation and integration solutions to over 60 airports worldwide.They help airports all over the world harness technology and use data to operate more efficiently. Managing Partner Chris Taylor and their senior team wanted support to make sure they maintained their culture as they grew and had the right foundations in place to enter new markets.
Where they were at
Azinq was founded in 2016 by a group of airport technology consultants who wanted to help airports make better decisions and serve their customers better. The business had organically grown through strong partnerships with the likes of Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Regional and City Airports Group, but they wanted an external perspective on their future plans as they looked to further scale.

From small things like changing the way they meet as a leadership team to bigger goals like new services, they took a step back and a fresh look at all aspects of the business, so they were ready for the next stage of growth.
Results
Since completing Beyond, Azinq has continued to grow. Solidifying their strong customer base and entering new markets in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Recognising the need to delegate as they grow and continue to invest in their people, they recently enrolled Service Desk Manager George Bliss on the Gather Emerging Leaders programme.

The future
“We’re looking to continue to expand with new products and into new markets but keep our operations locally focused.”
Azinq are on a journey to develop a software suite that can transform airport technology across the world. They are a globally focused business with a commitment to the Liverpool City Region. Culture is key to Chris and the team and as they scale, they are looking forward to continuing to recruit from the local talent pool and contribute to the growth of the region as a whole.
